This plug-in adds a link to each product page where the customer can request further information for any particular product.  This works in a similar way to Ebay's "ask seller a question" feature. 

If the customer requires any further info for a particular product, they can click this link and a page will come up where they can ask their specific question, you will then receive an email to which you can reply directly to the enquiry.
